Help: Sony PRS 500 & 505

Feedbooks support both PRS devices from Sony: PRS-500 & PRS-505.
The PRS devices are 6" dedicated readers using e-ink technology to provide an optimal reading experience.

For the Sony PRS-505 with the updated firmware or for the Sony PRS-505A, we recommend using our ePub output.
A dedicated PDF template for all the PRS devices is also available (Sony Reader link on the download menu).

Our ePub output is optimized for Digital Editions and the PRS-505/505A. To read those files on your desktop computer and transfer them on your PRS, we recommend using Digital Editions (just click on the install button).
If you're using Mac OS X or Linux, Digital Editions won't detect your device but you can still use it like any other disk and directly download your files to the following path: /database/media/books/

The default template for the Sony Reader on Feedbooks:

• size: 90 x 120 mm
• margins: 3 mm
• font: New Century Schoolbook
• font size: 11
